Summary

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Corporate department is hiring a Global Data Analytics Manager with extensive experience in data analysis and data science to be the foundational first data role in our company. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with various business and tech teams, acting as a single source of accountability for reliable data, providing strategic insights to move the business forward and building dashboards to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who can build strong relationships with business stakeholders, is hands on, and has experience/ desire to build the data analytics functions in the future. In this role, you will: * Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges. * Collaborate with business teams including product, customer success, and marketing to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. * Work with SQL and Google BigQuery to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. * Build and maintain dashboards using PowerBI and Looker to visualize key metrics and trends. * Develop and implement MDM processes and best practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Collaborate with tech teams to drive detailed technical work. * Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to support business growth and efficiency. * Apply data science techniques to solve complex business problems and uncover opportunities. * Be hands on building the data analytics function from the ground up starting as an individual contributor. To be successful in this opportunity, you will have: * 5-8 years of proven experience in data analysis, data science, business intelligence, or a related field within a SaaS or cyber security company. * Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Looker. * Experience working with Google BigQuery. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Proven track record of providing strategic insights and driving business value through data. * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Experience working with tech teams to drive detailed technical work. * Experience in a startup or high-growth environment. * Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices. * Advanced degree in data science, statistics, or a related field. Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $141,300 to $153,200. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors.
