Our global CRM administrator bridges the gap between the system and the users who interact with it. To do this effectively, the administrator should ideally have an in-depth understanding not only of the Hubspot software, but also of sales, marketing, business processes, and how they relate to the software to maintain the data and align all business units across the KCS Group. Skills in other online marketing tools, data management and reporting would also be valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hubspot CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM.
- Implement and manage CRM workflows and automation to streamline business processes.
- Consults with various teams and oversees the maintenance and usage of customer and prospect data for multiple categories of stakeholders.
- Works with all relevant stakeholders to review sales and marketing processes and seek continual improvements with database management and reporting
- Serve as the CRM expert, pushing forward the best practices and key rules of the system worldwide
- M&A Integrations:
- Lead the integration of CRM system with acquired business after mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and system alignment.
- Develop strategies to harmonize CRM processes across newly integrated business units.
- User Assistance:
- Provide support and training to users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Address user queries and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Foster a user-centric approach to enhance CRM adoption and utilization.
- Proactively train key-users throughout the organization to ensure high adoption rates of the revenue technology stack including HubSpot.
- Building Reports and Dashboards:
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management.
Utilize data visualization tools to present information clearly and effectively.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and other online marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various business units.
- Effective communication and training skills.
