What You Can Expect
The Global Application Project Manager oversees and coordinates the implementation of multiple application projects (MES, LIMS, DMS, HCM, etc.) ensuring successful implementation across global locations. This role requires strong leadership, risk management, and alignment with corporate strategies.
Your Tasks
- Provide oversight and coordination for multiple global application projects, ensuring alignment and success.
- Support and mentor local project managers, guiding teams on procedures, roles, and responsibilities.
- Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved effectively.
- Oversee internal and external project resources and manage third-party vendor relationships.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks as necessary.
- Report to senior management and Steering Committees for transparency and strategic alignment.
- Facilitate collaboration across sites and teams, ensuring efficient global rollout of applications.
To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- University degree in Economics, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis, managing international application rollouts in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of IT applications and GxP environments / related IT aspects.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering compliant IT and OT systems in controlled manufacturing and supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation) processes.
- Experience in supplier relationship management, particularly with consultancy firms.
- Willingness to travel in Europe and the US, on demand
