Job Title: Global Adoption Manager

The world's largest brewery is looking for a Global Adoption Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of the company’s global Data & AI platform, supporting users in their journey and contributing to the creation of solutions that maximize engagement.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative global team, working closely with an engineering squad to provide support, manage user access, and develop adoption strategies for users across different regions of the world. Additionally, you will be responsible for spreading knowledge about the platform by organizing training sessions and creating documentation to facilitate understanding of the ecosystem.

• Key tasks & accountabilities
• Develop and implement adoption strategies for the company’s global Data & AI platform.
• Collaborate with engineering squads to ensure proper user support.
• Manage user access and ensure they have the right resources within the platform.
• Create training materials, documentation, and other initiatives to share best practices and enhance knowledge.
• Act as a point of contact for users, ensuring a smooth and productive experience.
• Collect user feedback and propose continuous improvements to optimize platform adoption.

Level Of Educational Attainment Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  
  

Previous Work Experience

• Previous experience in product management, program management, or technology adoption.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and document processes effectively.
  
  

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of Data & AI platforms is a plus.
• Technical experience in Data-related fields (preference for database management, data modeling, or analytics tools).
