Project Manager Position

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

Our Glazing Project Managers are tasked with managing and overseeing all aspects of a glazing construction project from planning to completion

Mid-level position for small to mid-size projects

Excellent customer service

Must be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the project ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

The key duties and responsibilities of a Glazing PM include:

Developing and implementing project plans, including budgeting and scheduling

Coordinating with clients, suppliers. contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Inspecting and approving glazing materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and building regulations

Estimating the cost of materials required for the project

Purchasing project materials and supplies accurately and on budget

Monitoring project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure completion within budget and timeline

Leading and supervising the glazing team, providing guidance and resolve issues

Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on the construction site

Documenting project stages and keeping comprehensive record for future reference

Addressing any unexpected challenges or issues that arise during the project

Organizing and conducting meetings with clients and team members to update on project progress
