As project manager,

I leverage my technical expertise to develop high-quality spatial solutions for clients in the utilities sector. My strong technical background, coupled with a keen interest in innovative technological trends, enables me to identify both current and future geospatial needs of our clients. This leads to the creation of new combinations of geodata products and services, developed in collaboration with our clients and project team. I see myself as an entrepreneurial innovator, capable of anticipating needs and developing reusable solutions that align perfectly with client demands, helping them embrace the future with confidence.

In my role at GIM, I manage GIS, geodata, or geo-ICT projects from start to finish, covering everything from proposal management to project delivery and monitoring. My goal is to deliver real added value to our clients while respecting scope, deadlines, quality, and budget, all in an agile manner. To achieve this, I coordinate closely with clients and project partners, while also tracking the performance of my project team throughout each phase. I ensure that tasks, deliverables, and documentation meet project specifications, while also managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.

I work closely with our team leader and PMO to optimize GIM's overall resource planning. I monitor the project budget diligently, ensuring the team has the necessary infrastructure (IT, tools, etc.) to guarantee excellent project delivery on time and within budget. In line with GIM's continuous improvement mindset, I actively contribute to enhancing our project management processes based on lessons learned.

I communicate fluently in French/Dutch and English with our clients, who appreciate my strong rapport with them. I ask for their feedback on the services and products delivered and listen to their future needs, ensuring a productive and long-term cooperation with GIM. My role goes beyond project execution; I work to gain in-depth understanding of the utility and telecom domains, helping to expand our position in the Belgian market.
