Senior German Language Instructor

Location: Punjab, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective German language instruction for A1 to B2 levels.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in professional development activities and faculty meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Certification: C1 German language certificate (or higher) from a recognized institution (e.g., Goethe-Institut).
• Preferred Qualification: Certificate in German Language Didactics or equivalent teaching methodology certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven teaching experience in German language instruction (A1 to B2 levels).

Skills

• Strong command of German (C1 or higher) and proficiency in English for communication.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
• Availability: Must be willing to relocate to Punjab, India, and start immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing CEFR-aligned curricula.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
• Prior experience working in India delivering intensive classes for A1 to B2 levels students ensuring passing rate for B2 examination.
