We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Geotechnical Staff Engineer position in our Chattanooga, TN office. Duties: * Perform geotechnical field investigations. This may include boring layouts, drilling inspections, and running geophysical surveys. * Coordinate and assist with managing the scope of services provided by subcontract drilling firms. * Perform visual classification and laboratory testing of soil samples. * Perform geotechnical field inspections during the construction phase, as needed. * Preparing geotechnical engineering reports. * Preparing geotechnical proposals and attending client meetings. * Participate in meetings with design team, stakeholders, and clients.
