Geotechnical Engineer Manager to join a leading Company located in the Salinas, CA surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Geotechnical staff and laboratory operations
• Lead the preparation of soil investigations, retaining wall designs, slope stability analyses, and other technical documents
• Oversee the Field Inspection Division, ensuring quality and compliance
• Manage projects to meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering professional growth

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• Active PE licensure (Civil or Geotechnical)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Familiarity with ASTM, ACI, CALTRANS, and CBC standards
