Project: Windfarm – Ground Investigation (GI) & Geotechnical Engineering (GE) Data Collection

My client is looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist for a 12-week windfarm project in the Highlands. The role requires someone with a strong background in soil and rock logging, who is willing to stay near site and work closely with both the client and site agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onsite Soil and Rock Logging
• Supporting Site Agent and acting as a Client Representative
• Accurate and timely completion of documentation and logs
• Adapting quickly to tablet-based logging systems for digital evidence recording
• Building good relationships and communicating effectively with all onsite personnel

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Soil & Rock Logging
• High level of professionalism and ability to represent the client
• Strong people skills
• Detail-oriented with solid paperwork/documentation skills
• Adaptable to onsite technology and changes in workflow

Working Pattern:

• Option 1: 10-day on / 3-day off rotation
• Option 2: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
