Job summary As a member of our dynamic and rapidly growing engineering team the Software Engineer will play a crucial role in contributing to the code base and delivering the Meritsoft product implementations with a primary focus on Client specific requirements and implementations. You will work closely with Engineering lead to deliver secure performant and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team Lead Product owner BAs and Architects to understand the client requirements. -Write secure reliable code that adheres to Meritsofts defined product standards. -Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups refinement and estimation sessions. -Conduct thoughtful respectful code reviews. -Ensure code quality through the use of established patterns and testing. -Participate actively in planning grooming refinement implementation and execution Effectively communicate progress updates with stake holders
