e&e is seeking a GIS Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Harrisburg, PA!

We are seeking experienced GIS Analysts and Senior GIS Analyst-Developers to support an Information Technology team. The selected candidates will contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of GIS infrastructure, development of new applications, and delivery of data analytics and dashboard solutions that meet evolving business needs. The roles require proficiency in Esri ArcGIS, GIS data management, and analytical visualization tools, with senior roles focused additionally on application development.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify objectives.
• Maintain, update, and manage GIS data resources and databases.
• Create, digitize, and modify maps and geospatial datasets for analytical and operational use.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that support decision-making processes.
• Record and document map updates, additions, deletions, and associated metadata.
• Provide GIS development support using Esri ArcGIS and extensions such as Network Analyst, 3D Analyst, and Spatial Analyst.
• Support the development of new GIS-based applications and tools aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including enterprise business systems (e.g., SAP), document management (OnBase), and service management (ServiceNow).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GIS Analyst working on data analytics, dashboarding, and GIS-related projects.
• Proficient with Esri ArcGIS and associated tools/extensions.

For Senior GIS Analyst/Developer:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience including GIS application development.
• Strong understanding of GIS architecture and integration with enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with data visualizations and spatial analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP modules including BW, FI, LO, HCM, and SRM.
• Familiarity with Agile Assets and OnBase platforms.
• Experience using ServiceNow, especially within the Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
