Job Summary:
Powertech Asia Pacific ( Promate brand ) , a market leader for Portable and stationary generator set in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized and versatile Service Coordinator to join our team.
This role is responsible for coordinator daily repair operations within the Service Department, providing technical support to clients and internal teams, and overseeing service-related activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing technical, administrative, and customer-facing responsibilities while ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond promptly to client inquiries via the company’s Facebook page, phone line, and email.
· Provide technical assistance to end users, institutional clients, and the Marketing Department.
· Coordinate technical issues and repairs with the Service Center.
· Handle and process unit replacement and warranty requests.
· Assist clients with spare parts purchases.
· Prepare accurate quotations and job orders for external services.
· Facilitate payment processing for services rendered by Service Centers.
· Schedule and dispatch service technicians for repair tasks.
· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports for external service activities.
