Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and Staff Management:
Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
Providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
Motivating and empowering employees to achieve goals.
Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Scheduling staff to optimize labor costs while maintaining service levels.
Financial Performance:
Analyzing sales and cost data to identify areas for improvement.
Implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
Managing inventory levels to prevent waste and maintain food quality
Monitoring profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met
Operational Excellence:
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, including food safety regulations
Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
Customer Service:
