We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead a dynamic restoration and construction branch specializing in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and limited asbestos abatement. This branch also provides full-scale residential construction services, with a strong emphasis on quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership of the branch, including monthly reviews, budgeting, and financial performance oversight.
• Lead and develop a team of 20+ direct reports, including Project Managers and field Technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring job profitability, proper estimating, and timely project delivery.
• Drive branch performance through monitoring and managing collections, underbilling, and DSO metrics.
• Partner closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting via platforms such as PowerBI, Sage, and Dash.
• Support field teams with job site visits and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Serve as the escalation point for conflict resolution, customer issues, and team performance matters.
• Actively participate in two annual, week-long company-wide conferences (Spring and Fall).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in restoration, environmental services, commercial or residential construction; former business owners or senior leaders in similar firms (e.g., ATI, ServPro) are highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and branch-level operations with a true ownership mentality.
• Strong grasp of financial metrics and systems, including revenue formats and job costing.
• Proficiency in Xactimate, Dash, and financial reporting software (Sage, PowerBI).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience working with TPAs and large insurance clients is a significant plus.
