Summary

Responsibilities: As our Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our restaurant's smooth operation and success. Your responsibilities will include:

Operations: We oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, while maintaining our commitment to exceptional service.

  • Financial Management: Maintain a high-level understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization, to ensure the restaurant's profitability.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by consistently delivering exceptional hospitality and service.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, resulting in a highly competent and motivated team.
