What You’ll Own
Leadership: Inspire, lead and develop a team of sales and business transformation professionals. Be a cultural role model, mentor, and visionary for where we’re going next.
Sales Growth: Drive top-line revenue, lead strategic sales planning, and secure major client wins that make a real impact.
Business Development: Build and execute smart strategies to attract, grow, and retain key accounts.
Client Relationships: Personally manage and protect relationships with our top clients - and ensure they love working with us.
Transformation Services: Shape and grow the Business Transformation offering - making it a compelling arm of business.
Operational Excellence: Make sure you're running a sharp, efficient ship - aligning people, process, and performance.
Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and new service concepts that keep the organisation at the forefront of the industry.
People & Culture: Lead with empathy and ambition. Build capability. Set clear expectations. Develop future leaders. Keep the culture humming with the right people on board.
Reporting & Performance: Track results. Report clearly. Use insight to guide better decisions and smarter growth.
Strategy: Drive your team towards strong strategic growth and customer strategy.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Keep our people safe, our processes compliant, and our standards high.
About You:
You’re a commercially minded senior leader, likely from professional services, technology or transformation/consulting.
You’ve got a proven track record of execution on strategy and the ability to tactically achieve goals.
You’ve led sales teams to achieve bold growth, with the scars (and wins) to prove it.
You love clients, and they love you back - you’re credible, sharp, and deeply relationship-oriented.
You've got deep networks - developed through hard work and delivery.
You’re a confident communicator, equally at home in the boardroom, on stage, or rolling up your sleeves with your team.
You think like an owner - strategic, pragmatic, and invested in long-term value.
You understand the power of culture - and you know how to build, protect, and evolve a strong team environment.
