Today, this company operates from three specialist facilities in Maharashtra:

• Ranjangaon, where plastic parts get their glossy chrome finishes through high-precision electroplating.
• Pune, where raw plastic is transformed through injection moulding, spray painting, and final assembly.
• Sinnar (Nashik), where the focus is on spray painting and pad printing — bringing vibrant colour and branding to every component that rolls out.

They’ve grown not just in size, but in capability — and they’ve done it by staying focused on quality, consistency, and people. Now, they’re looking for a strong operations leader to manage one of their most important shops: the Paint Shop in Sinnar.

About the Role

Designation: General Manager – Paint Shop

Location: Sinnar (Nashik), Maharashtra

Industry: Automotive & Consumer Appliance Component Manufacturing

Type: Full-time, On-Site

Function: Operations Management / Paint Shop Production

🗓️ Work Days: 6 days a week (weekly off on Saturday)

⏰ Timings: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

👥 Team Size: Around 10 staff + 40+ contract labourers

💰 Compensation: ₹24 LPA (Fixed CTC)

What This Job Is All About

This is not just a paint shop — it’s the final touchpoint before a plastic part becomes part of a finished product. Whether it's the control panel of a washing machine or a decorative trim on a new car, your paint shop makes it look flawless.

As Paint Shop General Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day production in the spray painting and pad printing units.
• Lead and support your team of supervisors, painters, technicians, and helpers — ensuring everyone works safely and efficiently.
• Plan and schedule work so that every order gets completed on time and meets the high visual and functional quality expected by major OEM clients.
• Keep the equipment in top shape, with regular maintenance and quick troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Manage materials wisely, making sure paint, solvents, and consumables are always available but never wasted.
• Focus on quality, reducing rework and ensuring every part that goes out meets standards.
• Create a safe workplace, where every team member knows the rules, wears the gear, and goes home safely every day.

You'll also work closely with other departments — like Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores — to keep the whole operation running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• 12 to 18 years of experience running or managing industrial paint shop operations.
• Hands-on exposure to spray painting plastic components (especially for the automotive or consumer goods sector).
• A natural leader who can motivate teams, solve problems, and improve systems.
• Someone who understands cost control, production planning, and quality standards (especially in automotive or white goods).
• Comfortable with basic documentation, performance tracking, and reports.
• Language: Hindi or Marathi fluency is preferred; English at a working level is helpful.
