We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager with previous general manager experience to manage the staff and operations of our establishment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementations of the restaurant's standards, policies and procedures. This includes creating and overseeing the best guest experience possible.

Requirements
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in the restaurant industry.
Prior Management Experience Required
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and Holidays. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
Dependable and reliable.
Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
Reliable means of transportation
50 hours work week minimum
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be friendly and outgoing
Must work well with others and show respect to co-workers
Must take pride in the work that you do
Must have strong work ethic
