We’re seeking a high-accountability, data-driven operations leader to run the Plano facility and elevate Beckett Grading to the next level. As General Manager, Operations, you will drive end-to-end execution across grading, authentication, shipping, and consumer experience while spearheading a transformation grounded in process discipline, continuous improvement, and profitability.

This role is for a hands-on senior leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves process, precision and people leadership.

As GM, Operations, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of Beckett’s grading, authentication, production, shipping, consumer care, and customer experience functions. You’ll own performance at the floor level – delivering quality at speed – while helping shape how we scale. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on process, precision, and people leadership.

What You’ll Own

Operational Execution

  • Lead all operations in Plano across grading, encapsulation, authentication, consumer care and returns
  • Ensure we hit our core metrics: daily output, turnaround time, error rate, and order completeness
  • Partner with our Director of Grading and department heads to align resources, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize flow

Team & Culture Leadership

  • Manage and grow a team of 100+ across multiple departments, creating a performance-driven but positive culture
  • Develop frontline leaders, reinforce accountability, and ensure alignment with Beckett’s values and service standards
  • Champion consistency, quality, training, and morale in a fast-paced environment

Customer & Collector Experience

  • Own the operational part of the collector journey, from box arrival to slab in hand
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to resolve issues and drive improvements across touchpoints
  • Be the on-site point person when big issues arise, someone who sees around corners and solves problems fast

Process & Improvement

  • Help implement new systems and automation to improve speed and reduce errors
  • Serve as the on-the-ground partner to our product, tech, and analytics teams on process innovation
  • Keep an eye on costs and throughput as we scale, balancing collector expectations with operational reality

You Might Be a Fit If

  • You have 15+ years leading operations, fulfillment, or high-throughput service businesses (grading experience a plus, but not required)
  • You’re calm under pressure, steady in chaos, and unafraid to get in the weeds when needed
  • You understand how to lead hourly, exempt, and specialized teams with empathy and accountability
  • You think in dashboards, live in process maps, and know that culture is built through clarity and consistency
  • You know the hobby—or are curious enough to learn fast and earn the respect of our most passionate collectors
