We are looking for a General Managers (GM) who are people centric and want to be a part of a growing brand. As a GM you will:

    • Building a great restaurant culture
    • Embedding P. Terry's in the communities we serve through strong crew member and guest relationships and Local Restaurant Marketing.
    • Building strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Managers and Crew Members
    • Consistently training and developing Crew Members and Managers
    • Verifying training standards are being maintained
    • Directing the Management Team, including setting weekly Management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to the Managers of the restaurant
    • Responsible for the successful and profitable operations of a restaurant
    • Supporting the Management Team in developing and leading initiatives that build sales, profitability, and store performance
    • Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
    • Managing weekly and monthly P&L
    • Ensuring all cash handling policies and procedures are being followed
    • Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant and preventative maintenance of the equipment and building
    • Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
    • Acting as primary liaison with all restaurant vendors and HQ contacts
    • Attending weekly and quarterly meetings
  • Requirements of a General Manager:
    • Must two to three (2-3) years of GM experience
    • Experience in a Drive Thru is bonus
    • Motivated and thrive in a high-energy, high-volume environment.
    • Hands on leader that can lead in both the Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH)
    • Positive competitive outlook - with a Yes Mindset
    • Bilingual a plus
    • Must be able to use to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
    • Must be willing to work up to 10 hours shifts, stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
    • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
