Due to continued growth we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing General Manager to join our senior management team.
About the Role
This General Manager role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated leader to make a significant impact at Gemini while contributing to its continued growth and success.
The GM is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic direction, and overall performance of the company. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability. The GM will collaborate closely with the executive team to implement corporate initiatives, set key business objectives, and lead the company toward achieving its long-term goals. We are seeking a strategic thinker with the ability to execute on high-level business plans, while maintaining a hands-on and accessible management presence.

Key Responsibilities
· Leading teams and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
· Directing and overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring production goals are met.
· Collaborating with the Executive Team in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
· Contributing to the creation and management of annual budgets and managing operations to budget.
· Driving production efficiencies in display case manufacturing, custom framing, and framing distribution.
· Overseeing production deadlines and ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner without compromising quality.
· Driving a quality mindset and ensuring all departments consistently meet quality control standards.
· Overseeing inventory management to ensure efficient use of supplies and materials.
· Coordinating across teams, both internally and externally, ensuring smooth production flow and timely deliveries.
· Utilize technical skills to operate and oversee equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
· Responsible for lWorkplace Safety & Cleanliness.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or other related field (MBA preferred).
· 10 years of experience in a senior management or progressive leadership role, preferably in a medium-sized growth-focused company.
· Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
· Manufacturing background with hands on experience. Experience with custom framing or display case production is a plus.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage cross-functional teams.
· Strong background in production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
· Mechanical aptitude and technical skills in managing production equipment. Carpentry and CNC operation experience a strong plus.
