We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager who leads with purpose and works with passion!

Type: Full-Time, Weekends, and Holidays as Needed

Salary Range: 85,000.00 - 110,000.00 per year (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our high-volume, high-energy team of passionate food and beverage professionals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and have a genuine love for hospitality, we want to meet you.

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, team development, and financial success. This is a leadership role that balances the dynamic between our Floor and Kitchen staff — while maintaining an incredible guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of floor and kitchen team members
• Drive a culture of excellence, warmth, and accountability
• Oversee all restaurant operations, including scheduling, training, inventory, wholesale and financial performance (P&L, COGS, labor control)
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction
• Foster strong guest relationships and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep menus fresh and exciting
• Uphold health and safety compliance, service procedures, and brand standards
  
  

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
• Strong hospitality foundation and leadership skills
• Financial acumen (P&L, forecasting, inventory, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with both Floor and staff operations
• Knowledge of food safety, cleaning standards, and health codes
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a passion for training teams
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred
• Tech-savvy: POS systems, Google Sheets/Excel, payroll/inventory software
