Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at GreenTable Hospitality Group located in Long Beach, CA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory management, scheduling, and implementing company policies and procedures. The General Manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members, resolving customer complaints, and driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and inventory control
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
• Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
