Your Company
Our client is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead their sales team in Hong Kong. This senior leadership role involves driving business growth, coaching and mentoring account managers and consultants, and acquiring expertise in the company's offerings.


Your Role
  • Lead a sales team to win business and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring in sales processes and reporting.
  • Support and lead company strategy with a leadership team mindset.
  • Gatekeeper of Model principles and uphold the company's values, mission, and vision.
  • Create a culture of trust within the team and with global partners.
  • Manage market operations, including Sales, Consultants and Trainers
  • Demonstrate executive presence in written and verbal communications with clients and internally.
  • Build bottom-up accountability for both independent production and interdependent contribution.
  • Drive business development, progression, and sales closing skills.
  • Understand promotional levers, resources, and revenue recognition to make margin-based choices.
  • Utilise event allocation effectively: pre-calls, on-site maximisation, and follow-up.
  • Innovate in alignment with changing market/client circumstances.
  • Hands-on management of overall and individual contributor's business, building forecasting skills.
  • Coach around next steps on deals and provide detailed team forecasts.
  • Fulfil written and verbal reporting requirements with quality and according to deadlines.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Strong track record of 10+ years in senior leadership with a minimum of 5+ years in successful sales leadership.
  • Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Motivated leader with strong work ethic, leadership, and people development competencies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in the professional services environment are strongly preferred.
