Restaurant General Manager Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years working in an upscale high-end environment with a scratch kitchen
• 3 Years expereince as a General Manager
• Experience executing annual sales volumes of $8M or above
• Profit & Loss/Cost management experience
• Managed more than 80 employees
