Caldwell Levesque Limited - Contracting/ Installation business (CLL) and Datatech, provide a range of electrical, data and security services to a wide range of government, education, industrial and commercial clients.
The General Manager for Electrical, Data and Security will have overall strategic, operational responsibility and financial accountability for Caldwell & Levesque Limited and Datatech performance.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for:
- The leadership, growth, delivery, and performance of Electrical Segment contracting (installation) businesses which consists of Electrical, Data, Security and service business.
- Provide day to day operational leadership to the Regional Managers, Business Development, Commercial Manager, Head Estimator and Administration Manager of the electrical segment.
- Delivering sustained business growth and shareholder value.
- Implementing new processes and systems as required such that the business is able to generate the required profitability and maintain sustained competitive advantage in all sectors that we operate in.
- Developing, implementing, and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget and business plans.
To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Engineering degree or relevant construction industry experience
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical trade
- 10 years of experience and proven track record in senior management roles.
- Strong working knowledge of the commercial building services markets
- Intimate knowledge and experience in the Electrical construction industry
- Experience in working at a senior leadership team level
- People management expertise with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop employees to create an efficient workforce
- Knowledge of building and service regulations and statutory obligations
- Proven commercial/business acumen
