Position Overview
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficient management of resources and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision, enhancing productivity, and leading the team through property damage mitigation and disaster restoration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Oversee property damage mitigation and disaster restoration efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions accordingly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports, monitoring costs and revenue to drive profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management within the disaster restoration industry.
- Prior hands-on experience performing mitigation work.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
