Cielito Cocina Mexicana is seeking a qualified Assitant General Manager for their East Bay location. The candidate should possess a high level of customer service and strong leadership skills.

Applicants must have a minimum of 4-6 years previous management experience and a strong organizational style, with a keen eye for details. AGM candidates must have the ability to handle the back office administrative duties including, scheduling, labor costs, POS systems, and the ability to understand Profit & Loss statements, strong wine and liquor and bar knowledge. Please have solid references and a history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Must have a flexible schedule.
