From refining marketing strategies to mentoring your team, managing performance systems, and representing Horizon Energy at industry events, you'll ensure the Group remains at the forefront of the building services, energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market reach.
• Leading innovative sales and marketing initiatives to achieve ambitious targets and enhance customer engagement.
• Managing a robust performance reporting system, ensuring alignment of short-term activities with long-term goals.
• Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and identifying new opportunities.
• Representing Horizon Energy at industry events, advocating for the Group's vision and driving influence across the sector.
