A leading E&M Contractor is looking for a General Manager candidate to serve as a business unit head of the Building Services Department and manage repair & maintenance projects.

Your new role

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Oversee all repair & maintenance tendering
  
• Analyce client's and tender's requirements and provide corresponding solution
  
• Oversee the development of technical training in relation to new and existing operational requirements.
• Provide strategic direction to the senior management team and employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or above in electrical, mechanical, building services or related disciplines
  
• Min. 15 years of experience in building services maintenance & operations/ project management
  
• Experience in P&L management would be an advantage.
  
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, English
  

What you'll get in return

• 100-120k x 12month + bonus
