The ideal candidate does not need to be an engineer but must have a strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes. Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a GM, COO, or senior operations executive in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Ability to optimize processes, drive margin growth, and improve overall efficiency.
• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
