💰 Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

(Paid in two installments: first half after 90 days, second half after 6 months, contingent on good standing.)

About the Role:

As a General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and customer experience. Your leadership will drive a positive team culture, optimize efficiency, and create a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Wine knowledge – Passionate about great wines? Even better!

✅ Full-service restaurant experience – At least 2 years in a leadership role.

✅ Strong leadership skills – Build and inspire a high-performing team.

✅ Commitment to hospitality – Deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee daily operations, maintaining high standards in service, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage retail inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and organization.
• Hire, train, and develop a strong team.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and administrative paperwork.
• Drive company objectives in sales, service, quality, and sanitation.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and growth.
