The Role

Ready to make an impact? Join our team to lead and grow Activation Services in Thailand. Be a key player in driving success and innovation with us!

What You’ll Do

• Kickstart, manage, and expand our Activation Services business unit in Thailand. Your goal is to drive rapid revenue growth and ensure profitability.
• Lead business development activities, both individually and within the team, to secure new clients in Thailand.
• Collaborate with our regional offices to enhance our reach.
• Identify, groom, and develop successors to ensure smooth leadership transitions and prepare for potential expansion.
• Work with the management team to promote a positive and healthy team environment in Thailand and across the region.
• Drive regional clientele and deepen client relationships, aiming for preferred vendor status.
• Take on special or strategic projects as required.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Event Management/Activation Services.
• Proven track record of Growth Revenue/Business Development.
• Must be experienced Experienced in Event Management Agency/Advertising Agency/Hospitality.
• Experienced in creating and delivering formal presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients. A strong network and reputation are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to lead, motivate the entire team in enhancing their performance.
• Female and Thai citizen is highly preferred.
