Responsibilities

• Record daily entry transactions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cashflow statements
• Administered online banking function and monthly banking reconciliation
• Ensure integrity of financial data
• Review and verify entry and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy
• Collaborate with other departments in budgeting, forecasting processing, providing insights and data to support the development of accurate financial plans
• Support department with tax filings: invoice portal& tax report preparation (VAT & withholding tax)
• Cashflow planning to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations
• Assist in annual audit preparation and resolve audit findings
  
  

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance
• 3 yrs - 5 yrs of experience at least at the same field
• Excel, word and electronic invoices
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, financial controls, and reporting processes.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAGE50 or Batchtree is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of tax and audit compliance is a plus.
