Responsibilities
Record daily entry transactions
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cashflow statements
Administered online banking function and monthly banking reconciliation
Ensure integrity of financial data
Review and verify entry and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy
Collaborate with other departments in budgeting, forecasting processing, providing insights and data to support the development of accurate financial plans
Support department with tax filings: invoice portal& tax report preparation (VAT & withholding tax)
Cashflow planning to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations
Assist in annual audit preparation and resolve audit findings
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance
3 yrs - 5 yrs of experience at least at the same field
Excel, word and electronic invoices
Solid understanding of accounts payable, financial controls, and reporting processes.
Experience with accounting software such as SAGE50 or Batchtree is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of tax and audit compliance is a plus.
