This position is a Temp to Hire position, 1st shift hours are 6:00am-4:30pm, weekend overtime as necessary.

The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient work site while also supporting the overall project.

The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following:

• Cleaning and preparing work sites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Building and taking down temporary structures.
• Operating and tending tools and equipment.
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing plans.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
  
  

It is preferred but not required that general labor employees possess at least a minimal competency in the following areas:

• Reading, writing and speaking the English language.
• Using a tape measure.
• Understanding pallet dimensions.
• Understanding lock/tagout out procedures.
• Performing other duties directed by management.
  
  

1st shift rate is $16.00/hr, 2nd shift has a $1.00 Premium
