Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Associate with a strong background in insurance claims processing. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an insurance claims role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This role requires expertise in claims management, risk management, and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end insurance claims processing efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
• Reconcile claim records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for claims resolution.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide reports on claims status.
• Utilize product knowledge to enhance internal and external communication.
• Identify and escalate complex claims issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claims processing.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
