Join Inside Ideas in a key leadership position, where you'll shape the excellence of our global in-house studio operations for a beauty client as a key member of a dynamic team.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Improve the daily operational effectiveness of the account. Tightening up processes, streamlining resourcing decisions, ensuring good financial management and invoicing, and making sure we are utilizing the systems, resources and partners we have to their fullest potential.
  • Champion a follow-the-sun model, ensuring continuous support across worldwide markets and hubs and maintaining the systems the team uses to resource, track progress and deliver brilliant work accurately, on time and on budget.
  • Maintain and manage information around status of projects, resources, and key commercial issues that need both fixing and escalating, leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI solutions to support

More specifically, as the Gen AI Operations Manager, you will manage workflow, resources, and operational efficiency in the GenAI content factory, ensuring optimal resource deployment and implement processes to support creative and operational needs goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading by example. Managing a range of relationships with dept. heads and client stakeholders to help galvanize internal teams.
  • Maintain and optimize GenAI platform stability.
  • Ensure high adoption via training/documentation.
  • Optimize creative production processes.
  • Experience of managing multi-disciplined teams, and being at the heart of a team rather than the top.
  • Speed of decision making. Getting just the relevant information together to make sound business and operational decisions.
  • Desire to be into the detail, systems, processes, profitability, utilization, production and delivery.
  • Experience in fast paced agencies. This business manages scale and speed across North America and offshore hubs
  • Appreciation of resourcing in different areas of an agency: Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Design, Production, Digital, UX, Social, Artwork, Transcreation etc.
  • Experience of getting teams together from disparate locations, ensuring high adoption via training/documentation.
  • Strong client relationships based on confidence and trust in your ability to deliver
  • Ownership of process and systems re-engineering, executing overall milestone project plans and ensure that this is communicated internally and externally
  • Delivery against agreed performance and operational KPIs
  • Cross departmental relationship management & provision of information

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in operations, with network or large organizational experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making.
  • Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
  • Technical competence in understanding the creative process.
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail.
  • Ability to manage tasks and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Leadership skills with financial, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on efficiency and creativity.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Workfront, Microsoft 365, and related software.
  • Tech and data-driven, with experience in client reporting and account transformation.
  • Proven experience implementing complex programs with multiple technologies.
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to integrate with client-side teams while maintaining top-tier agency service.
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $110,500.00 to $123,500.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
