Gardening Labourer Wanted We are looking for a team member to join our team to assist us grow! Your responsibilities will include maintaining the yards of private and corporate clients, mowing lawns, trimming bushes and trees. weeding, planting grass, applying pesticides, and ensuring that our client's green spaces look beautiful. To be successful as a garden care specialist, you should be creative and be able to work well in a team or on your own. Qualifications & Experience Drivers License Police Certificate - Current - required to gain access to Government sites and servicing Government funded properties Plant knowledge - To be able to recognise plants needs; recognise woody weeds; recognise lawn weed issues Tasks & responsibilities Complete Job Safety Assessment sheets prior servicing any properties. Soft Landscape & property maintenance within a given time frame per work site. Consists of hedging, lawn mowing, weeding, gutter cleaning. Plant needs Able to work with others Great communication skill with fellow team members and clients a must A knowledge of garden maintenance equipment: hedges, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers etc. Job Type: Casual up to full-time hours Salary: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour - Above award rates paid Job Types: Casual, Part-time, Full-time Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mount Barker, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Licence/Certification: Driver Licence (Preferred) Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred) Work Location: In person
