Summary
Key Responsibilities
Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to bring concepts to life.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Suits.
Ensure design consistency by maintaining design systems and UI style guides.
Optimize designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and usability research.
Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
Stay updated with the latest UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Experience : 3+ years of UI design experience.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Tools : Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suits, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Skills : Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
Bonus : Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Soft Skills
Creative and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
