We are seeking an experienced Gaming Operations Manager to oversee and enhance their gaming operations, with a strong focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support, and VIP Client Management. ✔️ Customer Support Optimization – Lead the customer support team to resolve player issues effectively and efficiently.
✔️ VIP Client Management – Manage and optimize the VIP program, providing personalized services and exclusive perks for high-value players.
✔️ Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to improve game features, promotions, and overall player satisfaction.

What You Bring:
