Summary of Role

Role: Game Developer (C#, Unity, and JavaScript)

Level: SDE-1 / SDE-2

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, implement and test features for games, tools and pipelines.
• Deliver high quality and well-structured code.
• Lead team of developers making sure code quality is high.
• Ability to adapt different programming languages and well versed with design patterns.
• Maintain, optimise and refactor existing features.
• Collaborate closely in a small, nimble, cross-functional team with creatives in an iterative agile environment, providing (and receiving) regular feedback to/from product managers, artists, engineers, and designers.
• Share knowledge and help colleagues across the studio.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT or equivalent preferably from IIT, NIT & other premier institutes.
• 2-6 years of software development experience in gaming.
• Strong competencies in game design patterns, data structures, algorithms, software design and OOP’s.
• Unity development experience using c#.
• Experience with Unity DOTS is highly desired.
• Working for a is start-up a plus.
• Strong hold over game mathematics and physics.
• Experience in multiplayer games.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and a willingness to contribute to front-end JavaScript development when needed.
