Responsibilities:
1.Assist in analyzing player behavior using game data to uncover insights.
2.Support the development of predictive models for player engagement, retention, and monetization.
3.Conduct A/B testing to optimize in-game features and monetization strategies.
4.Help build dashboards and reports to track key game metrics.
5.Work with SQL and Python to clean and analyze large datasets.
6.Collaborate with game designers and data engineers to improve game experiences.
7.Research and experiment with machine learning models for game data applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
1.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, economics or related field.
2.Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
3.Understanding of data visualization and tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
4.Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Passion for gaming and interest in data-driven game development.
7.Trilingual in Chinese, English and Japanese.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
2.Hands-on experience in game analytics, recommendation systems, or anti-cheat models, risk-based scorecard.
3.Familiar with A/B test.
ゲームデータサイエンティスト・インターン
仕事内容：
1.ゲームデータを分析し、プレイヤーの行動パターンを明らかにする。
2.プレイヤーのエンゲージメント、定着率、収益化を予測するモデルの開発を支援。
3.A/Bテストを実施し、ゲーム内機能や収益化戦略の最適化を行う。
4.ダッシュボードやレポートを作成し、主要なゲーム指標を追跡。
5.SQLおよびPythonを使用し、大規模データの前処理と分析を実施。
6.ゲームデザイナーやデータエンジニアと協力し、ゲーム体験を向上させる。
7.機械学習モデルの研究・実験を行い、ゲームデータ分析に応用。
必須条件：
1.コンピューターサイエンス、統計学、数学、経済学などの分野で学士号または修士号取得中の方。
2.SQLおよびPythonの基本的な知識を持ち、データ分析ができる方。
3.データ可視化（Tableau、Power BI、Matplotlib など）の理解がある方。
4.機械学習の基本概念に関する知識があれば尚可。
5.論理的思考力・問題解決力を備えた方。
6.ゲームが好きで、データを活用したゲーム開発に興味がある方。
7.中国語、英語、日本語のトリリンガル能力が望ましい。
