Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a G2/OBT2 Service and Installation Technician based in Cobourg, ON. The Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems. daily tasks include troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, installing parts or appliances, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Technicians must also provide exemplary customer service and communication to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in heating and air conditioning systems
• Installing and managing cabling related to HVAC systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and responding to client inquiries effectively
• Relevant certifications such as G2/OBT2 and 313D is an asset
• Experience in the heating and air conditioning industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
