What You'll Do
Monitor power and environmental conditions across all critical spaces
Perform maintenance using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Respond to incidents, support MOP/EOP execution, and ensure real-time communication
Escort and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and process standards
Support commissioning, construction, and infrastructure upgrade projects
Conduct site rounds, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvements
Follow all safety regulations and internal change control protocols
Assist in planning, documentation, and SOP development for site operations
What You'll Bring
Prior experience in a critical environment (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.)
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and operations
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Proven reliability, accuracy, and ownership in high-stakes environments
Familiarity with CMMS systems and incident response protocols is a plus
