What You'll Do

• Monitor power and environmental conditions across all critical spaces
• Perform maintenance using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Respond to incidents, support MOP/EOP execution, and ensure real-time communication
• Escort and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and process standards
• Support commissioning, construction, and infrastructure upgrade projects
• Conduct site rounds, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvements
• Follow all safety regulations and internal change control protocols
• Assist in planning, documentation, and SOP development for site operations
  
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Prior experience in a critical environment (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.)
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and operations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Proven reliability, accuracy, and ownership in high-stakes environments
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and incident response protocols is a plus
