Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraiser, located in South Delhi. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with donors, organizing fundraising events, preparing grant proposals, and managing donor databases. The role also involves collaborating with volunteers and other team members to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising strategies and donor relationship management
• Skills in organizing events and managing grants
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in donor database management and record-keeping
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage community members
• Previous experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field
