Job Title: Funder
Location: Onsite | Bergen County, NJ
Compensation: Up to $75,000 (DOE)
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Funder to join a respected local Title Company in Lyndhurst, NJ. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate disbursement of funds for real estate closings, working closely with escrow officers, lenders, and clients.
What You Do
- Review closing documents for accuracy and compliance
- Disburse funds according to settlement statements
- Work closely with escrow officers, lenders, and clients to resolve issues
- Keep accurate, timely records
- Ensure smooth processing of real estate transactions
What You Need
- 3+ years of funding experience in the title or escrow industry
- Strong knowledge of closing and funding procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title industry software
