Zenith Innovation Financial Group Limited (“Zenith”) was established in Hong Kong and located in Cheung Kong Center II, company holds SFC Type 4 and Type 9 licenses (asset management) issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (“HKSFC”)The core team is composed of senior professionals in the banking and financial fields, with outstanding project judgment and an average of >20 years of investment experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management, internal departments and external vendors to develop fund products for professional investors, financial institutions and specialized accounts. Oversee the preparation, revision, and maintenance of all related product documentation.
• Act as a Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4 & 9 regulated activities in compliance with SFC regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of fund industry trends and dynamics. Proactively track and analyze industry developments, potential client needs, and competitive landscape.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of existing and future product offerings.
• Provide support to the sales team in client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
• Organize and coordinate new product launches, champion the development of innovative products, and facilitate the execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Risk Management to minimize risks, control costs and limit losses; and perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in actuary business, mathematics and statistics or relevant disciplines;
• Current hold of SFC Type 4 & 9 SFC license;
• At least 5 years of experience in fund management, client acquisition and relationship maintenance;
• Good experience in fund products design;
• Sound knowledge in relevant rules and regulations, and have insight into policy trends and customer requirements;
• Work with internal or external counterparties to develop product ideas for clients;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
