An established investment firm is seeking a reliable and dedicated Fund Operations Manager to support the growth of its private markets secondaries business. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong fund operations expertise, particularly in private markets, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a series of private market funds, including quarterly portfolio valuations and investor reporting.
• Monitor capital calls and distributions, enhancing cash management efficiency.
• Manage relationships with service providers (fund administrators, auditors, tax consultants).
• Support the implementation of secondary transactions and external fund transfers.
• Improve workflows and processes, including documentation and filing systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in fund operations within private markets, secondaries, or alternative investments.
• Strong knowledge of investment funds, financial instruments, and private market fund regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, able to work cross-functionally within a team
• Fluent German and English
