What you’ll do as a Fund Operation Manager (Settlement)

• Manage end-to-end settlement processes for Hong Kong-based investment products, including dual-currency (USD/CNY) income calculations and reconciliation of broker data to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and refine income allocation models, ensuring accurate calculations across various income streams.
• Establish and enhance the Hong Kong settlement platform and associated workflows, working closely with IT to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Oversee post-trade activities, collaborate with brokers to resolve documentation issues, and assist in providing timely and accurate post-trade data to external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze performance discrepancies between offshore and onshore products, offering insights for optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis.
• Prior experience in offshore settlement operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
